  1. The VCD Clipper program clips sections of a video cd and stores it on the hard disk. It's very simple to install and use. And above all it's Freeware.

  3. Installation.
  4. Just copy the files in any directory and it's ready to use.
  5.  
  6. Uninstallation.
  7. Deleting all the copied files uninstall's the program.
  8.  
  9. Usage.
  10. 1. Open a VCD file.
  11. 2. Play or skip the file to the position you want to clip from.
  12. 3. Select this as the start position.
  13. 4. Play or skip the file to the position you want to clip to.
  14. 5. Select this as the end position.
  15. 6. Save the clip by selection the save option form the menu.

  17. Files.
  18. 1.VCD Clipper.exe - Main program file.Can be placed anywhere.
  19. 2.Mci32.ocx - Activex control. Should be in the "windows\system" directory or the program   directory.
  20. 3.Mfc42.dll and Msvcrt.dll - dynamic linked libraries. Should be in the "windows\system"   directory or the program directory.

  24. 1.Win 9.x
  25. 2.It needs 'active movie', 'media player', 'xing mpeg player' or any other mpeg playback software   having mpeg drivers installed.
