- The VCD Clipper program clips sections of a video cd and stores it on the hard disk. It's very simple to install and use. And above all it's Freeware.

- Installation.
- Just copy the files in any directory and it's ready to use.

- Uninstallation.
- Deleting all the copied files uninstall's the program.

- Usage.
- 1. Open a VCD file.
- 2. Play or skip the file to the position you want to clip from.
- 3. Select this as the start position.
- 4. Play or skip the file to the position you want to clip to.
- 5. Select this as the end position.
- 6. Save the clip by selection the save option form the menu.

- 1.VCD Clipper.exe - Main program file.Can be placed anywhere.
- 2.Mci32.ocx - Activex control. Should be in the "windows\system" directory or the program directory.
- 3.Mfc42.dll and Msvcrt.dll - dynamic linked libraries. Should be in the "windows\system" directory or the program directory.

- 2.It needs 'active movie', 'media player', 'xing mpeg player' or any other mpeg playback software having mpeg drivers installed.
